ITS ACTUALLY SCARY WATCHING HOW COOKED AMERICA IS⁉️ From senators to presidents, America's loss of sovereignty is evident. 94% of US Congress receive AIPAC (pro-Israeli lobby) funding.

@TheDilemmaLama @athenaeumbc You are correct in your suspicions. This chart represents 76% women and 24% men reviews. That's why even a majority of men can be overweight by a small % of women in a single category.

@athenaeumbc That's gotta be bullshit. I've never seen a single woman who reads history or even likes Sci-fi. Unless it's an alternative history where Christian Grey builds a time machine to go back and twist Cleopatra's nips.

When Western states hijack Russian vessels, the media makes great efforts to make it sound legal by referring to a “shadow fleet" and unilateral sanctions. When the British cannot engage in piracy because the Russian navy protects the ships, the same media informs us that international law is the reason for not boarding the ships.

@PriestEdwine @Fexalt3 @ywomendeservles In the U.S., whose name the asset/s are put in is irrelevant, what matters is where did the funds come from to buy. If the funds were earned during marriage, they and everything downstream of that is considered marital property. Overseas the legal title matters more.

@ThriceLordMayor @ywomendeservles A success often depends on whether it was truly never in his name from the start (salary paid directly to mom, properties bought in her name, etc.) "Putting it in mom's name" works best when done early.

This is stupid. Courts don't care whose name property is in just for this reason, what matters is were the assets acquired before or during the marriage. Quitting one's job for purposes of suppressing income doesn't work either, the court will just look at your historical earnings to estimate your "earnings capacity" and make decisions based off that. Great concept but this fantasy doesn't work in reality.

@zundamotisuki Yeah, a Japanese person mocking the Chinese about their behavior at the train station is ironic as hell. Japan has a huge overcrowded trains problem. There is a complete lack of order and decorum about their trains. Be more rational when criticizing others. 😏

@UNDERTA53246656 @samuel_leeds When selling a small house, you get a down payment for a bigger one. Otherwise, you will continue to live in a rented apartment[inflation-adjusted]

it does not matter how much it cost. question is: - if you sell it, can you buy only that same or bigger property on that same street? if you cannot get bigger then you did not make money as only nominal value changed nothing else [inflation adjusted] * then you could get for it £1mln but you still poor and cannot afford bigger *** sadly only 1% will understand above...

I find it bitterly ironic that someone joins the Army at a young age, works his ass off as a soldier to earn every promotion, stays disciplined, follows the hierarchy to the letter, climbs the ranks higher and higher until he becomes a many-starred general — only to be fired in the end by some prick like Pete Hegseth because he didn’t lick the president’s boots with enough enthusiasm.

I welcome the two-week ceasefire the US and Iran agreed last night. It brings much-needed de-escalation. I thank Pakistan for its mediation. Now it is crucial that negotiations for an enduring solution to this conflict continue. We will continue coordinating with our partners to this end.
