@Sassafrass_84 It’s called the law, Trump is elected, he’s not a dictator. He doesn’t get to do anything he wants.

🚨 A SILENT SIGNAL IN THE MEDITERRANEAN
An Ohio-class SSGN surfacing off Gibraltar is not routine.
Add a Dry Deck Shelter…
Add special forces transfer…
And the picture becomes very clear.
This is not theatre.
This is preparation.
The Dry Deck Shelter exists for one purpose:
Covert insertion and extraction of elite units.
Underwater.
Unseen.
Undetected.
When assets like this are forward-positioned near a strategic chokepoint like Gibraltar…
It tells you something.
Operations are not just being planned.
They are being enabled.
These submarines are among the most capable platforms in the world:
• Cruise missile strike capability
• Covert surveillance
• Special operations deployment
They don’t move for show.
They move with purpose.
And when they surface…
It’s usually because something is already in motion.
While headlines focus on carriers and airstrikes…
It’s the quiet movements like this that matter most.
Because the real operations are rarely the ones you see.
They’re the ones you don’t.

🚨 The one thing that unites Trump’s entire inner circle
Marco Rubio — a bartender’s son who grew up with nothing.
Pete Hegseth — walked away from every easy path to serve.
JD Vance — rose from Appalachian poverty and a broken home.
Karoline Leavitt — started as a White House intern with no connections.
Susie Wiles — toiled 40 years in the shadows before anyone knew her name.
Five completely different lives.
One unbreakable trait:
None of them ever quit.
Through every setback, every closed door, every reason to stop — they kept going.
Trump didn’t pick them for fame or connections.
He picked them because they’re exactly like him: fighters who refuse to stay down.
That’s not just a Cabinet.
That’s a team built to carry America forward — no matter what.
This hit hard today. 😭🙏🇺🇸
Drop a ❤️ if you see it too.

@johnkonrad If he can’t finish what he starts, he shouldn’t start it.

You don't get another George Floyd, you don't get another COVID, you don't get another Crossfire Hurricane, you don't get another BLM, and you don't get another 2020 election.
The reason for the chaos is that we're getting very close to the truth, and the truth is that the Democrat Party is the biggest criminal organization in the world.

@WhiteHouse We don’t even need NATO’s help. We’re stronger than all of them combined more jets, more firepower, the works. Tired of carrying everyone while they sit back. America First means we handle our own business.

What so many fail to understand is that MAGA is not about Donald Trump.
MAGA is about America.
We the People were searching for someone, "anyone," willing to fight corruption and preserve freedom.
We found that in Donald Trump.
He is our voice.
You see, it's not a cult.
It's a revolution.
Make America Great Again!
English

@Sassafrass_84 Pretty much a gross distortion of reality. MAGA are morons.

@StateDept You were not under attack. You started another forever war for no good reason. This is your mistake. Own it.

@chris_kratovil Keep him in Dallas. we don’t want him back.

It’s not every day that one gets to listen to a former British Prime Minister recite from memory the opening passages of The Iliad in Ancient Greek, with no notes, in response to a random question from an undergraduate—and all while wearing what appear to be Thomas The Tank Engine socks. But today was one such day.
My thanks to my good friend Brad LaMorgese for the opportunity to see the colorful and comic Boris Johnson speak tonight at the University of Dallas.

🚅🚃🚗 Blast from the past ... Anyone remember Motorail - the brand name for long-distance services that carried passengers and their cars?

@CowboyShepherd2 America is the least racist nation…?
Wow. You really are not looking.

My flying career is officially over. It came about 644 days earlier than expected. Apparently some of my mean tweets got the attention of the FHTMMM cabal, and my company’s HR department has more power than the Chief Pilots. Anyway, God has blessed me more than I could ever merit, and I know He will stand by us still. 🤠

@GrindeOptions @brian_mistrot Wishful thinking won’t do it. A stable president might. Kick the current incumbent out and find a grown up.

@brian_mistrot I just want my stocks to go up. I couldn’t care less about unicorns. 😂

@scottiebateman A lot sits with the KLM crew though, particularly the captain. Do you agree? (Pilots seem to have an aversion to ever criticising their own.)

Two aircraft. One runway. 583 lives lost.
Today marks the anniversary of the Tenerife air disaster, still the deadliest accident in aviation history.
It wasn’t a single mistake.
It was a chain.
Fog. Pressure. Assumptions.
Two highly professional crews, both believing they understood the situation… and a breakdown in communication that left no margin for recovery.
That’s the uncomfortable truth about aviation, and about life more broadly. Catastrophe rarely arrives in one moment. It builds, quietly, step by step, until there’s no space left to correct it.
While researching JUMBO, I had the privilege of speaking with Dorothy, a flight attendant on the Pan Am aircraft that day.
She survived.
And what stayed with me wasn’t just the sequence of events, it was the human side. The confusion. The disbelief. The seconds where everything changed. And the resilience required to carry that experience forward.
We often talk about Tenerife in terms of procedures and lessons learned, CRM, communication, decision-making under pressure. And those lessons reshaped aviation forever.
But behind all of that are people.
Lives interrupted.
Stories that didn’t get to finish.
It remains one of the most important reminders in aviation:
Clarity matters.
Humility matters.
And good judgement is everything.
If you want to understand not just the history of the 747, but the human stories that shaped modern aviation, my book JUMBO explores moments like this in depth.
Available now at all good bookstores.

@OneOutOf4 Find the Ferry Corsten remix of the Marc et Claude cover of this. Awesome dance track that has this distinctive song at its heart.
