@FirstChoiceUK So this travel company are fully aware of the current state of food poisoning and hygiene issues going on at Riu Palace Santa Maria, don’t make holiday makers aware of it before booking and then refuse to give a full refund. See yet another review for Feb!!!!

@FirstChoiceUK The option you have presented is we have to pay to alter the booking which is a disgrace when your organisation have known that there’s been issues and have ongoing issues but have failed to make us aware of this when booking. Read the reviews are you saying these are lies??.

@FirstChoiceUK Today I received an unsolicited email from you. Great holiday for Two x £249 p.p total £499, 7 days. Excellent. When I adjusted it to me, a solo traveller, the cost of the holiday trebled to £1500 as a solo traveller. Why? I could buy the holiday for two £499

@an9rew As per the baggage allowance showing on Ryanair site, you can carry one small bag that can fit under the seat in front of you free of charge. For a 10kg cabin bag this is at an additional charge. Here is the link for you with further information. - help.ryanair.com/hc/en-gb/categ… 😀

@FirstChoiceUK We normally use our 10k cabin bags and they go in the overhead compartment of the TUI planes no problem. But if we book a First Choice holiday but it’s on a Ryanair flight would there be an issue?
