@FlySWISS Today i have a worst experience with swiss airline i have booked a flight from Delhi to Dublin via Zurich, due to some issues firstly they asked to sit inside the flight for 3 hrs and then told flight is cancelled. Now they sent us to hotel with no confirmation. #swiss

@FlySWISS I flew on LX2646 from Zurich to Delhi on 14/04/26 and it’s been 3 days of me chasing your india team for my luggage and for returning the wrong luggage that got picked up! Absolutely no clarity on how customers should be dealt with. No one picks up the phone!!!

Extremely disappointing experience. My flight was cancelled, and when I reached out via live chat, the agent disconnected without resolving anything. There is no accessible contact in the UAE to speak with a real person. I need immediate assistance with rebooking.
