@FlySWISS Thank you! You got half of the story. I got the compensation link. I didn’t accept it because I questioned why I couldn’t be refunded for the suitcase. I was expected to bring my stuff without a suitcase at the airport? When I followed up for the link 3x, she never responded.

@FlySWISS I have been following up with your so called Customer Feedback team for loss of luggage claim: customerfeedback@swiss.com. 2 responses out of 8 emails and ghosted for months. This is Case #2512-LX-01983. I’ve been patient. But you haven’t paid.
