Most fitness influencers who rant in grocery stores about ‘toxins’ in foods have eating disorders I said what I said 🤷🏼♂️ Yall put these people on pedestals when in reality what you are witnessing is a LOT of mental health issues play out in front of your eyes Sadly, it only gets worse when people get a platform You can LITERALLY find a compound in ANY food that if fed at a high enough (ie INSANE) dose it could kill you. But you’d rupture your GI from sheer volume of food before you could get enough of said ingredient to achieve a ‘toxic’ level FYI, if you drink enough water it can kill you 🤷🏼♂️ EVERYTHING IS A CHEMICAL 🤷🏼♂️ Dosage makes the poison 🤷🏼♂️ Stop giving attention to unhealthy people who build a following based off promoting fear 🤷🏼♂️ DATA>feelings 🤷🏼♂️



I literally eat peanuts by the pound and I currently have a BF% of about 9%, and A1c of 4.8-4.9, inflammatory markers below detectable limits, and a lipid panel that id put against anyone. Peanuts are fine. You can comfortably avoid just about anything this gentleman says.
