@floistinyflower Which it does by putting the fat/energy in places like love handles and b00bs. If you want advice on how to lose fat DM me, alot of bad info on here. U would need to focus on zone 2 cardio, walking is bare minimum. Also losing weight/fat is different from starving.

@floistinyflower Think of a bear when it hibernates. Its body knows to store food for survival cuz its gonna sleep for months. Your body is in survival mode on 1 meal cuz it doesn't know when its next meal is, especially when you're putting barely any food in it. Ur body is fighting to store food
