@RealQueenBee__ That's no longer our problem. They should focus on fixing their deregistration portal.

@RealQueenBee__ @velele17 Too little too late.
If they like they should zone it to the Atlantic Ocean
The soul of the party is gone.

We see all of you claiming to have PhDs squeezing the available space for Nigerian democracy to thrive, and gleefully defending the rubbish.
Tribalism will be the downfall of Nigeria.
For the avoidance of doubt, if the APC make it impossible for Nigerians to vote, we will either form a parallel government of the people or we will chase away APC through the only (non-democratic) means they make available.
No party since Nigerias democratic adventure in 1999 has been as desperately evil and savagely destructive to democracy and indeed the Nigerian society and societal fabric as the APC.
APC must be uprooted by any means necessary for Nigeria to survive.

@RRussellKing @ruffydfire I am certain that at the time the legal disputes started, it wasn't newsworthy.
It only became newsworthy and made social media rounds because of today's events.

🔴Registration Of NDC Raises Concerns As ADA Seeks Legal Action Against INEC.
A wave of controversy has erupted following the registration of the Senator Dickson-led National Democratic Congress (NDC), as the All Democratic Alliance (ADA) raises concerns over the legitimacy of the process.
Promoters of the ADA claim that the NDC was registered through fraudulent means that bypassed the guidelines established by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
During appearances on Arise News Morning Show and Trust TV, Dr Umar Ardo, a key figure in the ADA, criticised INEC for allegedly deviating from its procedures by registering a political party that he claims did not go through the official screening process.
Ardo revealed that initially, 171 political associations expressed interest in registration, but only 14 were shortlisted by INEC.
On September 15, 2025, INEC published the list of 14 associations that advanced to the next stage, which involves verification of their offices nationwide.
Of the 14 groups, only eight proceeded to the verification stage on INEC’s portal. Ardo asserted that the ADA adhered to all requirements and actively participated in the process, but was denied registration.
He said: “It is shocking that a political association that did not submit an application, was not shortlisted among the 14, and did not make the final eight, suddenly appeared with a registration certificate.”
Ardo rejected INEC’s explanation that the NDC was registered on the basis of a court order, describing the claim as untenable. He argued that the due process of law would require proper filings and INEC’s participation in court proceedings.
“For a court to give such an order, there must have been submissions, and INEC must have been served and represented. We intend to obtain Certified True Copies of the court processes from the Federal High Court in Lokoja to understand what transpired,” he added.
In contrast, he alleged that the NDC was absent throughout the stages. He expressed disbelief that a political association that did not apply, was not shortlisted, and did not make the final cut, suddenly obtained a registration certificate.
Ardo contested INEC’s explanation that the NDC was registered pursuant to a court order, arguing that proper judicial procedures would require INEC’s participation in court proceedings.

Atiku was not serious against Buhari and is only active during elections, otherwise he is based in Dubai.
Atiku never speaks out against the pains of Nigerians and the youths.
Atiku is always focused only on the next elections in Nigeria.
PO is focused on the next generation of Nigerians.
At Atiku’s age, he should be talking about how to forever etch his name in gold.
Atiku never speaks his age, he should be focusing on legacy and working for the future of Nigeria.
But no!!
The serial betrayer wants to destroy the opposition and hand Nigeria back to Tinubu, then return to Dubai.
Be wise.
Nigeria first please. 🙏
English

@Fortis1o @ADCVanguard_ Don't be biased, Atiku keep contesting against buhari and you're saying something different, do you want me to keep replying you ?, if yes please talk true
English

Nigerians, please judge this case between consensus and direct primaries in the ADC.
Atiku demanded a consensus arrangement, but Obi said no—he doesn’t believe in that and influenced others to reject it.
Atiku later called for direct primaries, and again Obi said no, claiming he doesn’t have enough members to compete with others.
Peter Obi want a free ticket, where he would be picked, and secondly be allowed to handpick Kwankwaso as his VP candidate.
The ADC has certain rules and regulations. There’s no way you would be handed a free ticket and still be allowed to choose a VP by yourself—it’s not POssible.

One of Nigeria’s top opposition politicians has quit a coalition that planned to run against President Bola Tinubu in January 2027 elections, improving his chances of retaining power. bloomberg.com/news/articles/…

Last week, @PeterObi was at an “opposition summit” in Ibadan. We said it clearly then these unprincipled drifters and their structure of criminality have nothing to offer besides empty words. But a majority of his brainwashed supporters couldn’t handle the truth.
Now @Peterobi the captain of the gravy train has moved yet again, and those who were misled will once more follow the most directionless political opportunist to ever exist in this clime. #AACOurParty

@OurFavOnlineDoc Who will register it after 2023 scare to APC?
The best time he should have registered a party was before 2023.

Benjamin, I like the way tou marshalled your points.
Thank you for the answer.
A quick observation here.
Recall that it was President Buhari that initiated the injection of “repentant terrorists “ into the Nigerian army?
His Vice President watched on and raised no concerns even as a Professor of …wait for it…CONSTITUTIONAL LAW.
We joke with everything in this country and take things for granted - even our country as a whole.
We have kept quiet and watched people piss on the Nigerian constitution and now going further to piss on the very dignity and lives of Nigerians.
You may want to do a little research on how Sudanese Muslim leaders used terrorist to infiltrate the military and used that terrorist - infused military to take over power in Sudan, establishing a fundamentalist military regime that commits mass slaughter on a scale that would rival the holocaust.
The videos you see from Sudan are not terrorists.
Those are the “repentant terrorists” that now make up the Sudanese military.
I raise these issues because Nigeria is on that same trajectory.
And it doesn’t seem to be a coincidence, given the manner of operations of the military in the middle belt and SE.
These are my opinions.
Thank you.
English

You have raised a far more pertinent matter of public concern than most people in this thread will recognise.
And it deserves a direct answer rather than a deflection.
The recruitment of so-called repentant terrorists into the Nigerian Army is constitutionally problematic on at least two grounds. Section 217 of the 1999 Constitution establishes the Armed Forces to defend Nigeria's territorial integrity and suppress insurrection. Absorbing the very people who conducted that insurrection into the institution meant to suppress it creates a contradiction the constitution does not contemplate and the National Assembly has never legislated for.
If that policy has no clear legal framework, no transparent vetting standard and no public accountability mechanism, then yes, a serious constitutional law argument exists that it undermines the order it claims to protect.
On Sharia, the constitutional position is actually settled on paper. Section 10 prohibits Nigeria from adopting a state religion. Section 38 guarantees freedom of religion. The 12 northern states that operate Sharia criminal law have always operated in a constitutional grey zone that the Supreme Court has never definitively resolved because no government has had the political will to force a final judgment.
So to answer your question plainly: there are acts currently ongoing in Nigeria that carry far stronger arguments for subverting constitutional order than a blogger sharing videos of soldiers eating bad food.
The difference is that those acts involve powerful institutional interests.
And powerful institutional interests rarely get arrested at midnight with their phones switched off.
That contrast is not incidental...

CLARIFICATION ON THE ARREST OF JUSTICE MARK CHIDIEBERE (JUSTICE CRACK)
The attention of the Nigerian Army was drawn to the complaint made by some soldiers regarding their feeding and other matters relating to their welfare as posted on social media by a blogger/social media influencer, Justice Mark Chidiebere (Justice Crack).
While the matter is being investigated for breach of the Armed Forces’ Social Media Policy and an attempt to misinform the public, preliminary report reveals that the soldiers discussed wide range of issues with Justice Chidiebere who seemed to be inciting soldiers to create discontent within the system. An example was a chat bothering on subversion which Chidiebere had with the soldiers. It is important to state that a situation where civilians cultivate vulnerable personnel towards acts of subversion has far-reaching implications on discipline and national security.
Hence, Justice Chidiebere was picked by the Nigerian Army alongside the soldiers for investigation. While the soldiers remain in own custody, Chidiebere has been handed over to the relevant civil authorities for further investigation and possible prosecution.
The Nigerian Army remains committed to the rule of law and will continue to collaborate with relevant agencies to ensure justice is served. We will continue to act within the ambits of the law in safeguarding our sovereignty.
