@GNTPak Ghais bhai injection of small quantities reduces the risk. 0.5 ml at a time, checking the effect with doppler, and then injecting another 0.5 cc if needed. Start near the feeder vessel

Large gastric varix. We again tried injecting 0.5 cc glue in the feeder. 80% obliteration. Needed another 0.5 cc. Avoided the coils altogether
