Thank you to @CrossCountryUK & @GWRHelp for a lovely day visiting Exeter uni. It was my 1st time using the train as a wheelchair user & the help I received getting on and off the various trains was really good. I did find it weird looking at the platform where I had my accident

@GWRHelp @Thommo999 Your connections at Swindon are too tight. Why not advertise for passengers to get the service before to Swindon, to give sufficient time to connect with the Cheltenham train? The 1530 was the latest possible option available. Same thing happened to me going to Oxford on Sunday!

@JuoPosts Good afternoon Juo. Following a burst water main flooding the railway between London Paddington and Heathrow Terminal 5 all lines have now reopened. This line is no longer affected by this disruption - Steve

@GWRHelp Because the area between London and the airport is gone, that'd affect the mainline as well, surely going via the SWML is a good alternative?

@GWRHelp @GWRHelp I travelled on trains between Paddington and Cardiff and back this week and I really had an uncomfortable experience with the seats. Is there anything you can do to make sure your seats on the IETs are more comfortable for passengers?

@GWRHelp Okay why was i not told about this on the train? I've already gone past Reading.... None of the staff at Paddington know they told me to go to Hayes and ask for assistance

@GWRHelp So the dates are Saturday 23rd stroud to Paddington and returning Monday 25th same issues violent banging and vibrations and again we travelled from stroud to Paddington 29th and returned 30th exact same issue really is bad in certain places

@GWRHelp guys can I ask why the train journey from stroud to Paddington and return has suffered such violent vibrations in the carriages going both ways over the last 2 weekends it really is quite violent shaking and banging ?
