I’m not against theaters or the arts. They can add real value to a community.
But here’s the concern: why are taxpayers being asked to fund specific projects like this, and who decided these were the winners?
When government starts handing out millions to select groups, it’s no longer about demand or sustainability. It’s about political decisions, not market ones.
There’s also a bigger question most people aren’t asking:
👉 What’s the return for taxpayers?
👉 Why these projects and not others?
