Looked up your supplement - looks like Nitronat plus is hydrolyzed whey protein amino + MVI + probiotic. So you didn’t focus on increasing kcal and limited protein.. am I understanding correctly? We don’t have that.

This is such a cool idea! Instead of just doing postsurgery *rehab* have people do *prehab* before they go into surgery. In this study, six weeks of prehab led to an 85% reduction in the rate of postoperative complications!
