@GlobeHelp is no help. I can very easily subscribe on line with just a few clicks. BUT... to cancel a subscription you need to phone, wait, wait some more, wait until you give up in frustration. I sent an email message with clear instructions to cancel, which they received, BUT

@globehelp i sent an email message to customer care on September 3rd asking to convert my NYT print subscription to digital only. I received a reply dated Sept 3 saying I would hear from you within 24 hours. I have, still, NOT heard from you and I see I was charged another month!

@globehelp My Sunday NYT home delivery subscription price is going way up to $12 per copy. I will be forced to cancel my subscription unless the G&M can extend my promo rate beyond Sept. 24 or offere another type of discount. Please let me know what you can do. Thanks!

Hey @globehelp, I did not get my Saturday delivery today, nor could I find any issues in Winnipeg at the usual spots. Two weeks in a row, no delivery. I dont recall stopping my account. Is something happening with distribution? Should we not be told what's going on?

. @globehelp @globeandmail I have a feature request. Other papers (NYT, WP) allow subscribers to share up to five paywalled articles a month. More than newsletters, events etc this is the benefit I use most. Can G@M please introduce this?
