Sooooo…I’m not getting my paper today @globeandmail @globehelp? I’m some sort of masochist for continuing to subscribe. 🤦‍♂️

@MacewenRick At this time, all cancellation requests must be done over the phone. We only provide cancellation requests for international subscribers via email. If you are in Canada, please call our Customer Care line at 1-800-387-5400.

@GlobeHelp is no help. I can very easily subscribe on line with just a few clicks. BUT... to cancel a subscription you need to phone, wait, wait some more, wait until you give up in frustration. I sent an email message with clear instructions to cancel, which they received, BUT

@globehelp i sent an email message to customer care on September 3rd asking to convert my NYT print subscription to digital only. I received a reply dated Sept 3 saying I would hear from you within 24 hours. I have, still, NOT heard from you and I see I was charged another month!

@globehelp Just had a conversation with your Customer Service Dept regarding my subscription. Agent was quite rude. Are these Globe&Mail employees or have you outsourced this service? If the former, disappointing. If the latter you may want to reconsider the contract

@grizlylancer We are sorry to hear you have been unable to start a home delivery subscription. Please email us your delivery address at escalations@globeandmail.com and we will investigate if delivery is possible for your home address.

@globehelp Need help in subscribing to the print edition in Ottawa west. I've tried calling cust service to raising web forms but no one is willing to look at my request. I'm told my address is out of the delivery area but there are addresses <1km & they are serviced. Pls help

@globehelp My Sunday NYT home delivery subscription price is going way up to $12 per copy. I will be forced to cancel my subscription unless the G&M can extend my promo rate beyond Sept. 24 or offere another type of discount. Please let me know what you can do. Thanks!

Hey @globehelp, I did not get my Saturday delivery today, nor could I find any issues in Winnipeg at the usual spots. Two weeks in a row, no delivery. I dont recall stopping my account. Is something happening with distribution? Should we not be told what's going on?

@globehelp Have not received my Sunday NYT today and 2 of the last 3 weeks. Cannot seem to talk to anyone who can do something about this. Want to cancel and take a refund for the papers I've prepaid.

. @globehelp @globeandmail I have a feature request. Other papers (NYT, WP) allow subscribers to share up to five paywalled articles a month. More than newsletters, events etc this is the benefit I use most. Can G@M please introduce this?
