We were subscribers for more than a decade. I have the feeling our address may have been a nuisance to them. No interest in trying to solve the problem

I went to make a change and realized that any 'change' to my account, subscription, cancellation or otherwise required me to phone and then be put on hold.

@globehelp Have not received my Sunday NYT today and 2 of the last 3 weeks. Cannot seem to talk to anyone who can do something about this. Want to cancel and take a refund for the papers I've prepaid.
