A weirdo accused me of never training legs the other week Big CAP Back squat is my FAVOURITE exercise I train legs 4x/ week on my PPL program Mon, Tues, Thurs - 3 sets/legs Fri - 9 sets/legs This way I can’t skip leg day like I did as a teenager - genius

My foreign readers may be interested to know that many/most Americans (and presumably western Europeans?) have difficulty squatting down. Some can't do it at all, others might but would be unstable and in danger of falling backwards into the product.

I would rather shit myself in the woods than carry a "Crapstrap" with me. Back in the military we used a "Makkipakki" cardboard box with a plastic bag in* there are plenty of civilian versions to chose from and I don't think it's a bad idea to have one in a emergency situation.

As I've got older squatting feels more natural and less harmful than single-leg exercises. Single leg stuff hurts my knees - it doesnt matter how strong you are if your knees are wrecked. I'm certain that heavy single leg exercises and knees over toes are going to mess up a lot of people. Either way, try things out for yourself and find out what suits you.
