@stephenRB4 For whatever reason I just have a hard time focusing with audiobooks. I love the concept, but I only listen to them once or twice a year.

@HJamesWrites I usually feel most creative late at night. But sometimes I'll pull up my doc on a whim in the afternoon when I'm bored and knock out a page that I feel great about.

Finished episode #2 in my series of (long) short stories last night! Now to motivate myself for my favorite part of the process, a thorough round of revisions! Writers, do y'all enjoy that part of the process? Or does it feel like an absolute chore?

Does reading a lot naturally improve writing ability?

@AuthorGFAllen All the time until recently. Had to slow down on the coffee because of the acidity/my digestive system, so I've mostly cut out the evening cups. But it definitely does not keep me awake lol

Who else drinks coffee and falls asleep afterwards?

@SteveSousa48 Absolutely. Such a cool guy, seems 100% genuine, and his books kick ass.

@GriffReadsBooks Mr. Gwynne has responded to a few of my posts in the past. That always made me feel good as well. He seems like a genuinely good guy (and a fantastic storyteller). One of my favorite authors for sure.

@SDDonovan It's tempting because of the things it would allow me to do for family and friends. But man, it's hard to sign up for something that basically guarantees I'm miserable the rest of my life
