@SDDonovan I don't have titles just because I would accidentally make them spoilers.

I've made the difficult decision to remove titles from every chapter of my new book. They just weren't working and were full of spoilers. Better not to have them! Do you add titles to each chapter?

Okay, honestly, how in the world does anyone understand when and where to put a comma? It seems you can put it anywhere, at any time, and it, always, works! Okay, maybe not. But this is so confusing. 😅

I do this WAY too much, especially when I'm tired! 😅😅

@SDDonovan Yup. We were taught rules in school. I follow rules. I end up overusing commas.

@SDDonovan I thought they worked well in Crimson Regret. They didn't spoil the story for me. But my chapter titles are essentially a countdown. No chapter number (Chapter 1, 2, etc.) Just T-x days until "the big" happens.

@Harmonysmama I have so many WIPs 😅. I decided to work on them this year and start publishing some.

Can confirm… 1 almost finished WIP, 1 paused 75% finished free write, 1 paused 25%, and thanks to a writing prompt in class, the first chapter finished in a new book. One idea for a book to round the first two for a series of three. Will write a historical, fictional (loosely based on my family’s pioneer and settling experiences). Will write at least one book for my grandbaby. Real life friends other than co-workers… 2. Acquaintances here, many. A few conversations, wonderful. And one new friend I’ve had many kick-ass conversations with🫶🏻🤘🏻 And to be honest… I’ve never been happier. Family, a few friends, MacBook, pens, journals, music. My dream life💖🫶🏻

We get all these great ideas for books and start writing them and then the next thing you know you have 15 WIPS and never publish anything. 💀😅
