Tenth grader Arnoldo Bazan and his father were stopped by ICE at a McDonalds, when their car was rammed by unidentified ICE agents. The two were taken into custody and brutally beaten. According to the teenager, the ICE agents also repeatedly called him slurs, stole his phone and pawned it for $250.

WHOA. Lewandowski is accused of demanding fees from a private prison company to steer them ICE contracts, at a time when he was widely known to be running DHS on Kristi Noem's behalf.
Congress should conduct a full and bipartisan investigation into this.

ICE detain mother outside immigration hearing—slamming her head against brick wall.
Agents are restricted from making these courthouse arrests—according to state law SB 54.
"Help! Please, help!" the woman cries out in Spanish.
"Don't take me! Please! I have children! Please!"
She was handcuffed by 2 agents—and then taken away in an unmarked car.
The incident occurred outside the Downey Courthouse in Downey, California.

ICE snatched a boy who was 14 years old while riding his bike in Key Largo,Florida the other day.They didn’t ask him any questions & he kept telling them to look at his ID & they wouldn’t listen to him! Witnesses said it took about 5 minutes from beginning to end. So Sad to see!

Here is what’s really going on with regard to the funding stalemate in Congress.
ICE agents shot and killed two U.S. citizens on the streets of Minneapolis.
Democrats then said: before we write you another check, agree to the same rules every police department in America already follows. Judicial warrants before entering homes. Visible ID. Body cameras. No raids at schools and hospitals.
We immediately pushed for votes to fund TSA, the Coast Guard, and FEMA.
Republicans blocked it.
We tried to fund FEMA alone.
Republicans blocked that too. Their position was to fund ICE with no strings attached, or shut the whole thing down.
So DHS shut down.
Then yesterday, the White House sent a letter admitting we were right. But they still won’t agree to judicial warrants or to take the masks off, which means agents can still break down your door without a judge’s approval and you still can’t see their faces when they do it.
We’ve been ready to fund your airport security since day one, not to mention Coast Guard, FEMA and the rest. Republicans chose to protect ICE from accountability instead.

@SaltyShieldMaid @ReichlinMelnick It’s just not that easy; no current citizenship path for DACA “Dreamer” recipients. He applied for renewal but Trump admin didn’t get it done- whether bc of DOGE cuts, incompetence or purposely. IMO a waste of our tax $ to detain & a loss for USA

This story is HORRIFIC. This DACA recipient was brought here by his parents in 1999 when he was 8 years old. He is a laboratory scientist who's had DACA since 2012.
Now he's languishing in an ICE detention center because the Trump admin failed to process his renewal in time!

ICE is arresting people who have literally done nothing wrong, except the U.S. government itself failed to process their renewals in time, leading to them briefly losing status.

This is a clear directive to provide positive war coverage or else licenses may not be renewed. This is worse than the comedian stuff, and by a lot. The stakes here are much higher. He’s not talking about late night shows, he’s talking about how a war is covered.

Broadcasters that are running hoaxes and news distortions - also known as the fake news - have a chance now to correct course before their license renewals come up. The law is clear. Broadcasters must operate in the public interest, and they will lose their licenses if they do not. And frankly, changing course is in their own business interests since trust in legacy media has now fallen to an all time low of just 9% and are ratings disasters. The American people have subsidized broadcasters to the tune of billions of dollars by providing free access to the nation’s airwaves. It is very important to bring trust back into media, which has earned itself the label of fake news. When a political candidate is able to win a landslide election victory after in the face of hoaxes and distortions, there is something very wrong. It means the public has lost faith and confidence in the media. And we can’t allow that to happen. Time for change!
