@west_response Would love to see a taskforce approach to that with right to work being a focus (DWP and HMRC) as well as DVSA involvement

@west_response There is strong interest in government who are keen to find better options. Problem is both anti-social use but also commercial use by delivery drivers who are not registered or insured and run red lights, wrong side of road etc.

@west_response Would be interested in ideas for legislation. One that I have suggested to ministers is a requirement to register them when sold(like a petrol bike) Anything else would be great to hear of effective tactical options or new legislation
