It doesn't follow, we're just not familiar with what this looks like under an LVT paradigm because our taxes aren't LVTs. The limiting factor here is that if you tax land value too highly, you eliminate the economic incentive to own or use more valuable land, effectively taxing away agglomeration incentives. This is more or less parallel to the idea that property taxes tax away incentive to build; in other words, it's something that happens on the margin. But that's why you want a broader base for your taxes.

Two well-known detransitioners were just ATTACKED in Seattle by a group of mostly trans suspects. Police believe motive was the red "Make Common Sense Great Again" hat @ApostateAri was wearing. The hat is merch from my show but looks like a MAGA hat. Other victim, @legaltweetz, was pepper sprayed, kicked while on the ground, and left with a black eye. One arrest has been made.
