Marketing is 100X harder than coding. I know almost 100 builders who have built apps/SaaS. I barely know 4-5 who have got 100 strangers to pay for their products.

went from 350 signups to 10 paid users the difference? stopped trying to get everyone started finding the right people turns out distribution is just finding who already has the problem not convincing people they have it
