Pleased to share our study of antifungal prescribing in patients with acute leukaemia. We calculate “proportion of targeted antifungal therapy (pTAFT)” from electronic health records - a reproducible metric for antifungal stewardship programs. @DrNeilStone @WilsonAndrewDr @wai2k

@gpollara @michaelgusenb Totally agree. That and their "hallucinations" are reasons why they shouldn't be used for literature searches in isolation.

Good points here @michaelgusenb - we need to be careful to avoid inadvertent bias when searching the literature. My concern is that #LLM & #AI tools will accentuate this by 'top-slicing' a few papers and users will lose the habit of digging a bit deeper. nature.com/articles/d4158…
