Update Supreme Court
The Supreme Court met behind closed doors today. We were told that our challenge to the SOS and to our ability to file a referendum on the unconstitutional income tax would be discussed April 30. There is no TVW, no press access, and no public hearing. While they did issue several opinions during the day, they did not release anything on our challenge as of the end of the day Thursday. We will keep you posted when we hear something. Thank you for following this.

Our CCA Climate taxes are why we have the 3rd highest gas prices in the USA, and just hit a record for our state. But now that WA Ecology has released the climate data, KIRO's Charlie Harger points out:
"We spent Billions. We missed our own [climate] targets. And we finished middle of the pack behind states 'like Tennessee and Florida' that barely tried."
But hey, those Seattle community climate groups are not going to fund themselves.

Bob told KOMO he had "multiple personal conversations" with the CEO but the coffee giant still chose to move to Nashville.
Starbucks, Meta, Amazon, and Microsoft are all cutting jobs in WA, but Bob blamed it on AI, not his onerous regulations and taxes.

In light of yet another fraud claim around the King County Grants Program, this one $800k in taxpayer funds that a provider gave to family members;
Fox 13's Alejandra Guzman asks King County Councilman Rod Dembowski:
"You were first sworn in, in 2013. Fox 13 has evidence that councilmembers knew about this potential fraud as early as August two years ago...
Why are we hearing about this just now?"
Great question that we suspect answers to will come out in the following months, as King County creates an Office of the Inspector General to investigate.
