🚨 Aurora Ave nightmare: daytime prostitutes working right in front of homes, homeless addicts chained to $1 fentanyl, pimp shootouts and gunfire every night. This violent pump ran rampant. SPD arrested him 3 times in just 9 months:1,700 pills, then 7,000, then nearly 10,000,plus guns and meth every time. Local cops & prosecutors kept trying. Washington state law let him walk.

Probably one of the greatest advertisements ever. You can walk into a group of men in their mid 40s to late 50s and simply say “wassssup,” and still get this response. Zoomers and millennials, take note. It’s a Pavlovian response for us.

Seattle has been anti-car for years. Very frustrating for commuters. The city prioritizes bike lanes (used by few, who aren't paying taxes on them) while roads and bridges (used by many, who are paying taxes on them) crumble. They have traffic signals for bike lanes yet many cyclists and scooter riders ignore them. Try doing that in your car and see what heppens. No turn on red signs everywhere partly bc of bike signals and bike lanes that are empty most hours. It's less so now but when they first took out a lane of car traffic on 2nd Ave downtown for a bike lane, it was near gridlock during the evening commute.
