@sainsburys i asked a store colleague if these RTE meatballs are supposed to be merchandised with the raw meat. They said they didn’t know but more worryingly didn’t see the issue with the prepared food being with the raw meat? Can you check?

@TheRangeUK just been to your Reading store. I appreciate that it may have been busy but the standards in this store are vile. This is not the result of a busy weekend. Do you think the front of the store looking like this is acceptable? Inside the store was no better!

Dear @fitbit , @FitbitSupport , I still haven't seen any new features & experiences to make things better. This has been the worst year for having a Fitbit. Has there been any work on getting the Bingo Challenge back?
(Can anyone replicate the Bingo Challenge? I'd pay for that)

Dear @fitbit @FitbitSupport, has our feedback actually been heard? Will "the refinements and developments of new features and experiences" be at least equal to challenges that will be in effect before sunsetting one of the key uses that sets Fitbit apart? Please reconsider.

@edfenergy worst service ever. Power cut broke my meter. Electrician said until the meter is fixed my hot water won’t work (economy 7) 1 month wait to exchange the meter. Agent on the call asking me ‘do I have enough credit’ not listening to a word I say!

@christinxmxrie_ as @AegonUK are refusing to allow you to close your trust fund and have failed to respond to the formal complaint raised despite chasing for 2 months i suggest contacting @TheFCA and @MoneySavingExp as this is unacceptable and formal action is required

@TharushaGunawa4 As someone who has spent far too much time as a patient in hospital. The way Drs introduce themselves to patients has definitely changed in the last 10yrs. I find consultants tend to introduce themselves as a such most other Drs say Hi I’m Dr xx one of the (insert department) Drs

@AlisonT06523494 @LureDevils @currys Me neither, they turned up today to replace the broken oven they delivered on Wednesday. They brought the replacement oven today and no-one to disconnect the first one and connect the new one. I even called them yesterday to confirm they would be installing it.

My freezer should have been an easy resolution but poor customer service and incompetence has resulted in my current situation.
Never, ever again will I order from Currys

@Gabby_Brauner27 If a Dr calls me by my first time, I 100% will be calling them by theirs. Address the patient in the same manner you wish to be addressed. It works both ways.

@Hfox1983 @LureDevils @currys I can live with it as paid on a gift card…I’ll go into store and buy stuff I can remove from store so I physically have it in hand…not trusting them with anything else.
At the stage of just about walking in to store and removing £450 of items as they owe me that money! No words

Shame on you. I purchased an Xmas gift on line over £400 quid. For you not tell me that I would be lucky if it would arrive in early 2024. Yet on them accepted my payment and order they said would arrive in 3-5 days. And rude customer service and useless chatbot.

@AlisonT06523494 @LureDevils @currys And that’s the issue right, they refund you onto a gift card meaning you still have to spend money with an incompetent company who couldn’t give a toss about customer service and supply damaged products

@LureDevils @currys I completely agree with you on this one!
I returned a damaged freezer on 27th October….still waiting on a gift card refund of considerable value. Customer services are appalling (that’s being polite!) and no one can seem to produce the goods eg my gift card refund!

@currys It’s a ridiculous scam Curry’s is without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I beg you all do not shop from here because if it goes wrong you will be left out of pocket, no product and an awful customer service that are not interested, in trying to help!
