Every now and then we’ll get together with the crew from Elk Grove Village and run through the hop lyrical catalog of hazy publishing. While we’ve both seen our share of some sick combos, we dreamt of something wild.

Immerse yourself in Jasper this Friday where we’ll be releasing it from our retail shop and taproom. You’ll also be able to catch it across Chicagoland this week fresh as hell.

The result is a sunny, cruising altitude haze with a persistent fuzzy foam in Cloud Dancer white. Mouth watering aromas and flavors of navel orange stinger, watermelon sugar rings, mango salad, sweet mandy b lemon bars, and icy limeade.

Hopped with our brand new, crop year 2025 Citra for a Hop Butcher touch and fermented with our house hazy yeast strain, we layered in extra hop character with Citra DynaBoost and gobs of Citra Cryo and Citra HyperBoost.

A real cool moment getting to peak behind the curtain and look under the Jasper hood, we followed Fidens recipe as a guideline and mashed in using their water profile and grain bill.

In celebration of their 1st Annual Jasper Day in Albany, NY, Fidens invited sixteen of the raddest breweries from around the country to brew their own version of Fidens’ beloved, all-Citra bombed Double IPA, Jasper.
