At my favorite brewery, Sir John in Lachute, Qc. Lucky Luke Mon Héros is a West-Coast style Pilsner. Simcoe, Mosaic and Columbus Cryo. This is the hoppiest Pils I ever had. Hoppier than a IPL lol 🍻
