@DUSKdev The amount of shooters that had some crazy ability or “gimmick” (I hate to use that word) during the ps3/360 era was great. Timeshift, E.Y.E, Stranglehold, Singularity, Wolfenstein 09, Fuse, Haze, Wanted, Cryostasis, Darkest of Days, Bulletstorm, Blacksite Area 51, Fracture, etc

@NEO_NoiseBomb Soapbox race world took over NFS World. It’s a mod on PC you can download the whole thing on their website. You can still play it with so many new cars and events. Lots of people playing it now. Singleplayer and coop cop chases are still a thing.

Need for Speed World. A game that I'll always cherish. I played a lot of it during my middle school years until the shutdown. Good times. Shoutout to Mick Gordon for his amazing work on the game OST. The Static song is my favorite track. Video by 379Felipe found below. (1/2)

@AngryCops Buying up farmland and taking down local woods. A huge portion of land is being taken to build one in Schuylkill county PA. All forest will now be a data center. Right outside a super small town.

@learning_yohei The historical answer is that English has a bunch of words dirived from other languages. French, German, Latin, etc. The best I can describe how we know are right is just from being a native speaker. If someone said “make-d” “see-d” or “take-d” it just sounds like little kid talk

@ankoromochuu When I play a WWII game fighting the Japanese, I say “hell yeah,” then watch Initial D or Best Motoring and also say “shell yeah.” History is funny. From enemies to friends in a generation. Japan’s history is awesome.
