@SamsungUK it's frustrating that a flawless device gets sent to samsung then is damaged either in transit or by the third party handler, blame me and request £150
@Delta Customer service is absolutely disgraceful. Over 3 hours on hold to be cut off, the "message us" service on the website doesn't work. You have booked flights for me that take off when I'm still in the air getting to the airport. Terrible service and no way to get in touch

Delta made several changes to our itinerary, one which incurred an overnight layover at JFK. Now they have cancelled our flight home without offering an alternative. advisor on message service useless, now 2 HOURS ON HOLD
