महाराष्ट्र के नासिक में एक मल्टीनेशनल IT कंपनी से एक गंभीर मामला सामने आया है। आरोप है कि कंपनी के कुछ मुस्लिम कर्मचारियों ने हिंदू कर्मचारियों को न सिर्फ मानसिक और शारीरिक रूप से प्रताड़ित किया, बल्कि उन्हें जबरन नमाज पढ़ने, बीफ खाने के लिए भी मजबूर किया। कई पीड़ितों ने यौन शोषण, जबरन धर्मांतरण के दबाव के गंभीर आरोप लगाए हैं। मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए पुलिस ने स्पेशल इन्वेस्टिगेशन टीम (SIT) गठित कर दी है। पुलिस ने इस मामले में अब तक 6 आरोपितों को गिरफ्तार किया है, जिनमें आसिफ अंसारी, शफी शेख, शाहरुख कुरैशी, रजा मेमन, तौसीफ अत्तार और दानिश शेख शामिल हैं। एक महिला आरोपित, जो कंपनी में HR पद पर कार्यरत थी और पुणे से जुड़ी बताई जा रही है, की भी गिरफ्तारी की गई है, हालाँकि एक अन्य महिला आरोपित अभी फरार है। जाँच में यह भी सामने आया है कि कुछ आरोपित टीम लीडर के पद पर थे और उन्होंने अपने पद का दुरुपयोग कर कर्मचारियों पर दबाव बनाया। चार साल तक चलता रहा शोषण, 9 मामलों में खुलासा पुलिस जाँच में सामने आया है कि यह पूरा मामला 2022 से 2026 के बीच का है। अब तक कुल 9 FIR दर्ज की जा चुकी हैं, जिनमें 8 हिंदू महिलाएँ और एक हिंदू पुरुष पीड़ित शामिल हैं। इन मामलों में छेड़छाड़, रेप, धार्मिक भावनाएँ आहत करने और धार्मिक विद्वेष फैलाने जैसे गंभीर आरोप शामिल हैं। देवलाली कैंप थाने में रेप का एक मामला दर्ज है, जबकि मुंबई नाका थाने में बाकी 8 मामले दर्ज किए गए हैं। इनमें 4 मामले छेड़छाड़, 3 छेड़छाड़ के साथ धार्मिक भावनाएँ आहत करने और एक मामला धार्मिक विद्वेष से जुड़ा है। यौन शोषण से लेकर धार्मिक दबाव तक, हिंदू महिलाओं को बुर्का पहनाने की कोशिश पीड़ित महिलाओं ने आरोप लगाया है कि उनके साथ छेड़छाड़, जबरन संबंध बनाने का दबाव, अश्लील टिप्पणियाँ और यौन उत्पीड़न किया गया। एक मामले में आरोपित ने पहले से निकाह होने के बावजूद झूठे रिश्ते का झांसा देकर हिंदू महिला के साथ दुष्कर्म किया। वहीं एक पुरुष पीड़ित ने आरोप लगाया कि उसे बार-बार धार्मिक अपमान का सामना करना पड़ा और जबरन बीफ खाने के लिए मजबूर किया गया। कुछ मामलों में यह भी सामने आया कि हिंदू महिलाओं को धीरे-धीरे उनके पहनावे और जीवनशैली बदलने के लिए प्रभावित किया गया, जैसे बुर्का पहनना और रोजा रखना शुरू करना। एक महिला के परिवार ने उसके व्यवहार में बदलाव देखकर पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी। POSH एक्ट के तहत शिकायतें दबाने का आरोप पीड़ितों का कहना है कि उन्होंने पहले कंपनी के अंदर POSH एक्ट (कार्यस्थल पर महिलाओं के यौन उत्पीड़न रोकथाम कानून) के तहत शिकायतें दर्ज कराई थीं, लेकिन कंपनी प्रबंधन ने कोई ठोस कार्रवाई नहीं की। इसी को लेकर HR अधिकारी की भूमिका भी संदिग्ध पाई गई, जिस पर शिकायतों को दबाने का आरोप है। पुलिस ने HR अधिकारी को भी अरेस्ट किया है। मामले की व्यापकता और गंभीरता को देखते हुए नासिक पुलिस ने SIT का गठन किया है। पुलिस अब यह जाँच कर रही है कि क्या इस कथित गिरोह के तार किसी बड़े नेटवर्क से जुड़े हैं और क्या कंपनी के अन्य कर्मचारी भी इसका शिकार हुए हैं।
