@Toripkt10 @AnythingGOE We must be the only sport that doesn’t have official appeal system that’s readily used by skaters & coaches. I see appeals in gymnastics all the time. The execution scores can’t be appealed but if an element isn’t valued properly they can appeal.

@buildwithbob @cullenoncurling Yes Lawes & Einarson together would be amazing. And they both live in Manitoba only 1 hr drive apart. Interprovincial teams has to be very hard to do, no matter how good the curlers are individually.

@CruisingCDN @Devin_Heroux I’m also surprised at Reid. I really thought he was good for the team. These team announcements don’t usually mention changing coaches. Often some of these teams have different coaches at the events though out the season depending on scheduling.

@Devin_Heroux Not surprised, watching the World’s it was clear there was tension between Val and the other three. Reid is a bit of a surprise though.

@cullenoncurling Does Val still live in Vegreville? It must be hard having teammates so far away and not being able to just practice regularly and build as a team. 8 years is a long time to be a long distance teammate.

@BevSmithWrites @QuadAxel3Toe who thought that was a good idea? Sometimes I’m worried in the stars on ice meet n greet cuz there’s no real security just their “handlers” and some fan could go crazy or invade personal boundaries so easily. Now they’re meeting on ice where injuries could happen

The ISU needs to reconsider this with some of the weird fan behaviour we are seeing. This is an event that could bring about disaster.
