@MichaelAArouet He signed NAFTA... which allowed corps to increase profit by outsourcing for cheap labor. This kicked off the age of globalism and destroyed US manufacturing. The Gov received a huge tax windfall & didn't start any pointless wars like GW costing billions.

@MichaelAArouet Why even name individual professions? Just say... To all middle-class employed people... Blah blah blah You're screwed... And so am I.
English

@Cernovich It's legal in my state and I hardly noticed... Seems fine to me... What's the problem.
English

@loobah_l We need to normalize this stance. The world is increasingly filled with childless know-it-alls that have no skin in the game regarding our future civilization. Regardless of the topic in question, if you're not balancing it w the responsibility of putting family first I dont care

You’re 50 and don’t have kids. None of your life advice matters.

@VladTheInflator Why would they have to? They'll die and their kids will have to deal with it. It's just another f you to their offspring. There will be no consequences for the evil in this world... Deal with it and move on.

This will become normal in a few years

@MichaelAArouet When you're out of feasible ideas just blow the bubble bigger... what could go wrong.
English

@LibertyCappy It's so hard to afford kids, both parents have to work and daycare is astronomical. Feeding, clothing, school fees, transportation, one vacation a year, then college costs. What's anyone doing about the root cause for population decline?
English

@PeterMcCormack so many of your posts are... yeah it's bad but another thing is bad too... many of us think all war mongers are bad, but we're happy to see resolution to one problem at a time.
English

@CarlBMenger But if they hold egg futures they can offset debt by 50 trillion by 2030. So... Gotta think about that too.
English

BREAKING: VanEck research suggests that if the U.S. holds a 1 million #Bitcoin reserve, it could offset the national debt by $21 trillion by 2049.

English

@bitcoinjack You guys have to find someone to vote for that will stop this suppression of speech. Even if they're not perfect... Europe is completely run by incompetent left wing fascists.
English

@texasrunnerDFW It's pretty logical when you think about it. Covid proved almost every social norm created post ww2 is pretty much fake & unnecessary, especially 90% of our jobs. Work like a slave & trade paper til you die but never be able to own anything... What's the point.

Does anyone else feel like a bad shift occurred in American culture during the pandemic that made people just not care about anything anymore?
• Constant cancelling of plans
• Arrive late to events/parties or no-show
• Half-hearted work effort
• Poor customer service is the norm
• Just want to stay home
• Young people don’t date or drive
• Pajamas/sweats worn everywhere
Do we have collective social distancing PTSD or what is going on?
English

@The_Real_Fly No matter who's in office they'll need to figure out a way to rebrand "money printing" previously called QE... soon to eventually be called UBI.
English

Alternative idea: pay down the fucking debt

Musk Mulls Sending All Americans $5,000 Checks Using DOGE Savings go.forbes.com/c/fXJz
English

@StealthQE4 That was my first thought too... but you know they need to find a way to rebrand QE/money printing... It doesn't matter who's in office, nothing stops this train.
English

Yup. So we go $600B deeper into the hole if we send out a 5k check.
Save $50B Via DOGE then send us $600B.
The math ain’t mathing and it makes DOGE look like a joke
Michael Green@profplum99
Conservatively, $5000 x 132MM households = $660B vs identified savings of ~$50B. We are not a serious people.

@BulumacLui61671 @PeterMcCormack It's hard for people in the EU to understand that decades of repeated bad decisions eventually have consequences.
English
