White man in South African mocks African & Zulu xenophobes who attack other Africans. He says they don’t attack white foreigners because they love their racial kith and kin and want more to come to SA.
He says Zulus attack black foreigners because they don’t like their racial brothers.

Why do addis standards media outlets keep writing opinions and speculation like they are confirmed facts? There’s a huge difference between reporting verified information and creating political fiction from anonymous “analysts” and assumptions.
Using words like “could,” “might,” and “eventually” is not journalism of facts it’s speculation dressed up as breaking news. Ethiopia’s regional strategy is one thing, but predicting recognition scenarios like they already happened is like announcing a fake pregnancy before any test exists.
Report facts, not fantasy narratives designed to create headlines and regional drama.
Addis media keeps pushing speculative headlines while the region is already dealing with real tensions and conflicts. Instead of reporting verified facts, they keep trying to create another political fire by dragging Somalia and Ethiopia into unnecessary narratives.
At the same time, the region is facing major developments Egypt visiting Eritrea, Sudan’s instability near Ethiopia’s border, internal political tensions, and nonstop propaganda from different groups. But somehow the focus becomes “what if” stories and anonymous opinions presented like confirmed policy decisions.
Good journalism reports facts with evidence, not assumptions designed to create fear, confusion, and regional division for money.

Feature: Between recognition and regional fallout: Is #Ethiopia reconsidering #Somaliland option amid #Red_Sea calculus?
As Somaliland marked the 35th anniversary of its declaration of independence from Somalia on 18 May, attention across the Horn quietly turned once again toward Ethiopia, and the unresolved question of whether Addis Abeba could eventually become the second country, after Israel, to formally recognize Somaliland.
“From a purely strategic standpoint, Somaliland offers Ethiopia something no other partner currently does: relatively stable, geographically proximate access to the Gulf of Aden outside Somalia’s direct control,” said a regional security analyst who requested anonymity because of the sensitivity of the issue.

This statement presents the verbatim account of a senior Somali journalist who asserts that her property was confiscated by the administration of President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud (@HassanSMohamud). She provided her detailed account in front of the former President @HESharifShAhmed.
“My name is Ijaabo [I missed the other names]. I began my service to the state at the Ministry of Information in Radio Mogadishu at the age of 13. Now, I am 100 years old, two years short of that. [Former president Sharif Sheikh Ahmed intervened: "98 years"]. Yes. My house, a seven-bedroom property, was destroyed and shattered into pellets. Here are the remains [pointing the finger]. Here are my neighbours, who suffered the same fate. I was dragged to the floor. I was instructed to pay $28,000, and then I would be granted half of my land, while the other half would be seized. I rejected it. I paid nothing, resulting in my eviction. And by stating that, I lost everything.
I swear by Allah, I am retired from the Ministry of Information. My leg is broken. [At the former president's intervention, asking “where the land was located”]. It was in Abdiaziz District [a highly desirable area near the Mogadishu beach]. I cannot afford to rent. By Allah, I sleep in the streets, while my house has been forcefully confiscated. I cannot afford anything; I possess nothing. You are the cherished president I remember. [To this, the former president replied, "May Allah bless you."].”

Black people targeting Black migrants in SA are like “crabs in a barrel” scrambling for white men's crumbs. Author Marquett Burton lashes out at the illegal-migrant protests sweeping the country, calling them hate crimes against easy targets. He believes what’s happening ignores deeper systems that still shape SA’s economy, which belongs to a white minority. The clip’s gone viral, with nearly 20K comments. What’s yours?

“White South Africans are one of ours. I’ll choose a white man or woman over an African immigrant.”
— A South African woman said as she defended a white South African woman during a heated confrontation with an African man, after telling him to stop using public hospitals in South Africa and go to a private hospital instead.

A fiery speech by South Africa's🇿🇦 EFF leader Julius Malema, over xenophobic attacks targeting foreign nationals.
“You say Zimbabweans take your jobs. Nigerians take your jobs.
You march, close shops and beat up people. Tell us after doing that how many jobs have you created, by beating up these Nigerians, Zimbabweans and Ghanaians?
You beat people because they took your jobs.
You close a shop that hires people. How many have you created after beating and chasing them?
Unskilled men, with no skills, none whatsoever, say somebody took away their jobs. I don't want your votes if you behave like that. Take them away.
Pushing out of school an African child that looks like you, I will never do that. You can take your votes. Make me die with my conscience very clearly.
I will never refuse a pregnant woman of African descent to give birth in the clinics of South Africa. Never!”
