@hwtsculler @LwtEmmaBird JL jackets have the waterproof ness built into the weave of the fabric, so washing should not have a negative impact unless you are washing and drying on high heat, but you want to avoid that for all tech gear anyway.

Any tips on washing JL splash top? I do it on cold and hang etc but how much does that effect the waterproofing or should I accept i need to reproof it every wash? @JLRowing or guru @LwtEmmaBird

@DixonMinnick Hmm we have used this for years on many of our products and haven’t seen that issue. It’s hard to know what other factors are involved but we haven’t had any issues with it before.

@JLRowing hey did you guys test this? jlathletics.com/sportwash-20-o… I’ve used it on almost all of my JL unis/trou 1 to 2 times and I’ve noticed a very significant reduction in the elasticity of my JL stuff, similar to 2 to 3 YEARS of wear washing with Tide. ☹️☹️
