You are smoking crack. You can easily spend $1800 a month on a family that size. I am a single guy and I easily eat $1000-1200 per month of food. I mainly cook my own food. It’s mostly ‘healthy’ Whole Foods too. Not the marked up prepackaged stuff but veggies, beans, frozen berries, tofu, etc. Maybe if you’re a stick with no appetite or active lifestyle, then you can get by on $500 per month of food for one person, but not me.
