And honestly, his improvement has been pretty linear. Wasn't supposed to be in the rotation as a rookie, gets thrust in after Hendrick's injury. Proves he can play. Looks great at summer league. Now really looks like a rotation piece.

Kyle Filipowski is really getting better. We'll see how well it carries over to next year, but it's a no-brainer to pick up his $3 million team option this summer.

New details emerge on Southern Utah murders and it’s worse than we thought… 🫣 🤬 and the media / police are chalking the motive up as stealing their vehicles… not a chance. The two female hikers’ bodies found near Cocks Comb trailhead in rural Torrey. They were “located in, and possibly dragged to, a dried-up creek bed. Additionally, there were multiple spent .45 caliber shell casings and a 20-gauge shotgun shell in the area.” Per court documents. The 80yo woman was apparently murdered in her front room, her body dragged out of the home, and was found under a shed on the property. This is a sick and depraved individual who did this and needs to be put down.

I remember this trade vividly. We had to wait impatiently for radio reports to let us know when the Jazz made trades. I thought they hadn’t done anything and then this news came right at the deadline. Amazing trade for a player who was integral to those Finals teams. Fit seamlessly with Stockton and Malone. Hornacek will always be beloved in Utah.
