“Gender affirming care,” “undocumented immigrants, “legal observers”—these are Orwellian euphemisms used by the Left. They understand that language influences culture and culture influences law. @AAGShumate’s formulation—“sex-rejecting procedures”—is a good one.

Unfortunately, the Left’s deranged treatment of our brave men and women of @ICEgov is not limited to law enforcement officers. Our attorneys are often stalked and harassed as well.

This “story” tells us only about the spiritual brokenness of its publishers. Only those who cannot fathom the sacred allegiance of patriotism or the profound duties of fatherhood would attack a father for bringing his young children to Normandy as we honor the fallen on D-Day.

Fascinating pushback from the top lawyer at @DHSgov. Mr. Percival is known to be an excellent attorney, and his distillation of the complex-seeming challenges to almost every one of President Trump and Secretary Mullin's policies is illuminating.

The Left has been running the same gambit with so called “animus” claims since 2017. It is sabotage dressed in legal clothing. It goes like this: (1) the admin is racist, (2) therefore a policy I don’t like is motivated by race, (3) therefore it is invalid. They have used it on virtually every Trump era @DHSgov policy.

ICYMI: A previously deported Mexican illegal alien with four prior DUI arrests has been charged with a triple murder in Modesto, CA after he allegedly stabbed to death a two-week-old baby, the baby's mom, and the baby's grandma. DHS tells @FoxNews that when Joaquin Escoto was arrested for his latest DUI in June 2025, ICE sent a request to the San Joaquin County Jail to be notified if he were to be released, and DHS provided us the request they sent over. Escoto was still released without any heads up to ICE. San Joaquin County Sheriff Pat Withrow told media outlets that Escsoto was arrested for that DUI at 1am, and he was released at 6am. He says the jail didn't get a fax from ICE requesting notification of his release until 9am. “We did not do anything wrong here,” Withrow said. “Their hold request came after he was already gone. It wasn’t even a hold. It was just a request to notify them when he was going to be released. He was already gone.” However, under California's sanctuary laws, DUI is not a serious enough offense to allow cooperation with ICE, so even if the ICE request would have come in sooner, it's unlikely ICE's request would have been honored by San Joaquin County. DHS statement to FOX: "ICE lodged an arrest detainer the same day this criminal illegal alien was arrested for driving under the influence. By the way, that was the same day he was released by sanctuary politicians. In the sheriff’s own words, he “probably would not” have honored the detainer because it was “just a DUI.” They knowingly set this violent criminal loose, and he slaughtered a two-week-old baby in cold blood, along with the infant’s mother and grandmother. California’s sanctuary politicians MUST STOP this deadly game. They CHOOSE every single day to release criminal illegal aliens back into our communities, directly endangering American families and creating more innocent victims."

The Special Immigrant Juvenile process is rife with fraud and public safety problems. A significant factor is the failure of state court judges to scrutinize what are called “predicate orders.” This week, I wrote a letter to all state court judges in the country seeking assistance in solving these problems.

If federal judges can feel shame, the three-judge panel the Court reversed should be embarrassed. You can hate Callais, you can think it's wrongly decided, but if you're a lower court judge, you have to follow it. Anything else is a threat to the constitutional order. And this is a bipartisan problem. The two district judges on the panel were Trump appointees. The Eleventh Circuit judges, Clinton. But they put a lot of effort into a case that lasted for years, they became married to their view, and even when the Supreme Court said they were wrong, they refused to change course. So they got flipped with the opinion calling out their hubris. The constitutional order is more important than a district court judge's pride. Hopefully, that message is now clear.
