@brisayswhaat I like to assume good intentions from others, especially in text conversations where it's easy to misinterpret others. 😊

Every single time someone responds to a Slack message and ends it with '🙂', it takes *everything* in me to not do the same & remind them it comes across as passive aggressive, especially in a message where we're troubleshooting an issue.
