Our only hope. She is what is missing in America-the land of the Protestant. Men must return to her-our light, our beauty. The great hunger that drives men to only fans can only be satiated by her beauty and purity.

@newstart_2024 “For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.” So stop trying so hard, there’s nothing to prove. Christ did it all. Repent and live in Him

“To believe in God is to commit your life.” Jordan Peterson dropped that on the Shawn Ryan Show and it stopped me cold. It’s not saying “I believe.” It’s volunteering for the cross — betrayal, unjust suffering, staring down hell, and still stepping forward with courage. The real imitation of Christ. Most who wear the label have no idea what they’re actually signing up for. I’ve been wrestling with how cheap modern belief has become. Easy words. Brutal reality. In a world full of performative faith and slogans, this cuts straight to the difference between nodding along and actually living the pattern when it costs everything. This one hit like a gut check. What does real commitment look like to you — in faith, work, or relationships?

This is not manosphere BS, but men do face situations like this in relationships: women say they want a man who "has spine" and "is a leader," but if he says no to something she really wants, he flips to "controlling" and "uncaring." Please advise.

He’s one of the only people I’ve ever interacted with that I consider evil to the core. He’s a compulsive liar who delights in brazenly gaslighting his audience. His backstory is a lie, his most famous bits are all stolen. He believes nothing. Insane that people can’t see that.

The whole notion of adolescent rebellion dates from the 1950s. Rebel without a cause. Juvenile delinquents. Before that, young people worked. They milked cows, took care of business, were responsible. Adolescent dysfunction is closely tied to the history of mass public schooling.

@CoffinMedia People need religion. The less “religious” the Church becomes, the less she draws people. So in America, the people seek out other ways to experience religion, usually Eastern traditions-New age, yoga, etc.

Let's win people, not debates. A grand total of zero people have ever been converted to the Faith by apologetics arguments alone. We must *listen* to the reasons why people reject the Church, and the listening has to be preceded by praying. Otherwise, our faith is just a hobby.

Ahead of this wildfire season it is always important to remember that Quebec is the only jurisdiction in North America that doesn't spray its forests with glyphosate for "forest management" ..... It lets its fires burn Now.... check out the 2025 fire map:

Serotonin was first named “enteramine” in 1935 meaning “an amino acid derivative present in the gut.” It was named “serotonin” in 1948, meaning “substance in the blood (sero- for serum) that increases vasoconstriction (-tonin for vascular tone). In 1952, it was established that entermaine and serotonin were the same compound. Had serotonin research not been completely perverted by Pharma, it would have become rapidly apparent that these are deeply connected: serotonin’s one role in the entire body is to coordinate mitochondrial function in response to variation in the supply and demand of oxygen. It regulates motility in the gut to prevent local hypoxia. It coordinates blood flow to maximize efficiency of oxygen delivery. But when SSRIs were released in 1986, Pharma solidified the destruction of these lines of inquiry by selecting a thread started by the influence of LSD in the 1950s that claimed serotonin was a lever to be pulled to manipulate the state of the brain. The “R” in SSRIs is an insidious lie. It implies that SSRIs specifically inhibit “reuptake” of serotonin, a phenomenon only relevant to the first neuron of a synapse. This created the total mythology that the one thing they do is keep serotonin in the synapse longer to have greater activity on the receiving neuron. They knew this was false. They knew these are generic inhibitors of the serotonin transporter, which is not primarily found in the brain and is not primarily found in neurons. Its has tremendous expression in the gut, lungs, and reproductive organs. It’s found inside cells, most likely mediating the established direct transport of serotonin into mitochondria. On a cellular basis the highest expression is in enterocytes, not in enteric neurons, and in the placenta. The word “SSRI” is pure propaganda meant to cut out almost all of the relevant serotonin research in the way that Stalin cut out Trotsky from all the pictures of the two of them with Lenin to paint himself as Lenin’s true successor. They are “serotonin transporter inhibitors.” Until the concept of reuptake inhibition is recognized fundamentally as propaganda instead of science, no one is going to understand why these drugs cause birth defects and alterations to fetal brain development or why they stop you from being able to feel your genitals and nipples or why tapering from long-term use causes catastrophic new-onset syndromes that have little to do with why anyone took them in the first place.

I live in Tahoe which is ground zero in the expose (thanks to recent Mother Jones article) of poison glyphosate being sprayed on our forests & waterways. Now that we know this is happening in ways and at scale like this, we need to go hard after it to end it. There's going to need to be pressure at every level, local, state & federal.
Massimo@Rainmaker1973

The U.S. Forest Service is spraying glyphosate (Roundup) across tens of thousands of acres of national forests this spring to support commercial timber production. Following wildfires, forests naturally regenerate with diverse shrubs, wildflowers, and wildlife. However, a recent investigation reveals that the Forest Service and private logging companies are routinely applying the herbicide to eliminate competing native vegetation, favoring commercially valuable species such as Douglas fir and sugar pine. This practice has created large areas with significantly reduced biodiversity, often described as "dead zones", where insect, bird, and plant populations have sharply declined. Glyphosate, classified by the World Health Organization as a probable human carcinogen, has seen its use in California national forests quintuple over the past two decades, reaching a record 266,000 pounds in 2023. Local communities, environmental groups, and residents are raising concerns about potential impacts on water quality, endangered species (including salmon and rare foxes), and public health. Critics argue that prioritizing industrial timber production over ecological diversity conflicts with the broader mission of national forests as public lands. The issue has intensified debates over forest management, balancing economic interests with long-term environmental and community health.

@brjohnvianneyop Protestant men are soft in one regard…their need for approval from other men. Perhaps that’s why America and its fight club culture mirrors Rome so closely in both its barbarism and homosexuality.

Imagine if this was your newborn making these noises and you were told everything was fine for 24 hours. It took a lactation nurse and persistent asking to get help right before the baby went into respiratory distress and spent two weeks in the NICU. Always trust your motherly instincts.

Something's totally off about the number of data centers being built (over 3,000 right now) and the sheer size and compute power they represent. They are massively OVER-building capacity that can't possibly be met by customer demand for compute. And customer revenues can't possibly recover the financial investment needed on these projects. There's clearly some other plan afoot, and I don't yet know what it is. It involves massive compute, but not merely to serve inference or hosting databases and corporate data. There's a much larger plan at work here.
