I’m starting to wonder if some leaks even move the needle at all anymore. The amount of people I’ve seen immediately jumping to the AI conclusion tells me that a large amount of the overall fandom will have no ability to tell what is real or fake anymore. Then you mix in the amount of people who don’t understand how these things are shot or why something would look a certain way before a finished product. This will only get worse as actual AI fakes get better too. Seems like companies watermarking the shit out of things will actually be the only way everyone will believe it’s real. Not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing but might speak to the strategy moving forward. I can only imagine this becomes more important as stronger AI models come out and cybersecurity is pushed further.

I think the reason marvel hasn’t taken these down yet is because the longer they keep it up the more likely people will think it’s fake
