@PollTracker2024 Democrats have blown endless political capital on gun control with absolutely nothing to show for it, it's a loser issue. Now is not really the time to demand ICE and cops have a monopoly on weapons either.

@paolini Might be cool to see an alternate version of the story. A what-if scenario, maybe? Possibly more adult, if that’s something that inspires you.
English

@kadeb707 @PpollingNumbers Okay so any candidate running as a democrat is going to be labeled “too far left?” Because she was objectively centrist. Seems like candidates should just run on a real platform of economic change, instead of infinitely capitulating to the right.
Cheers.
English

@JonathanDemare1 @PpollingNumbers Except data showed that most Americans thought Harris was too far left in 2024. If that’s true then how do you think they’ll perceive AOC?

@kadeb707 @PpollingNumbers Harris lost because she didn’t believe in anything consistently. How long are you guys going to play this “progressivism is not popular” card? It’s BS. We have data to prove it:
filesforprogress.org/datasets/2025/…
English

@JonathanDemare1 @PpollingNumbers Nominate AOC and she’ll get destroyed even more with her defund the police BS. Harris lost because she only had 100 days to run a campaign and was tethered to Biden.
English

@kadeb707 @PpollingNumbers Who is this “you?” I voted for Harris. Never once said I was going to do otherwise. Harris lost because she was a bad candidate. Nominate her again, and she’s still going to be a bad candidate. Centrism is not electable anymore. Period.
English

@JonathanDemare1 @PpollingNumbers You let somebody get elected who doesn’t give a fuck about Gaza, but yeah please continue with your BS purity tests on the Dems.
English

@nightlight7001 @PpollingNumbers And now she’s committed to cutting off all aid to Israel. What’s your point?
Also, no she didn’t. She abstained.
English

@JonathanDemare1 @PpollingNumbers AOC voted to send billions to the Iron Dome.

@NYCMayor Gotta appreciate how much this guy just really, REALLY loves the city he governs.

Doormen, porters, supers and building service workers make New York City home for so many — they deserve to afford a home here, too.
This tentative agreement is a step towards respect and dignity for the workers who make our residential buildings run. It's another reminder that New York is, and always will be, a union town.

@charliebilello Also important to note that most people haven’t felt the effects from this outside of gas prices, which are still set to increase if Hormuz remains closed.

@RuralRevive @politico When the facts don’t support their worldview, Republicans will just manufacture an alternate universe in their heads to get mad at instead.
A lil dreamscape safe space for their fragile egos and fragile masculinity.
You comfy? Need a juice box?

@politico I wonder what their net worth will be in five years.
I'm willing to bet over $20 million.
