The degree to which the Ethereum community incorrectly assumed that Bankless was dedicated to Ethereum can't be understated. Everybody thought they were the ETH media arm. We lionized them, shared their content endlessly, helped connect them to great guests and content, etc. But Bankless was merely temporarily focused on Ethereum because at the time there was little else going on. This "loss of Bankless" when they started promoting other L1s, especially Solana, occurred during a critically risky period for Ethereum when the L2 model was in its infancy and had technical and legitimacy challenges. This risky period for Ethereum is nearly over as the L2 model is proving to be massively successful. The loss of Bankless has been a tough situation and highly damaging. Yet, ETH's future is extraordinarily bright, both for this cycle and longer timescale. The fix for the media situation is simple if not easy: The Ethereum community is becoming aligned and galvanized around building a next generation of relationships and media brands that are specifically pro Ethereum and ETH. These low ETH ratios won't last as our new marketing helps investors catch up with our surging growth. Onwards
