@RondaCarman @KPRC2 We definitely needed that context! I have a similar story…took me a minute to clean up my vegan diet! But now I know how to meet my nutritional needs plus I feel so much better w/o meat or dairy in my diet. Workout recovery is faster, too! Thanks for the feedback.

@KPRC2Lisa thanks for adding the additional info on a plant based diet. As someone who now eats a clean and healthy plant based diet to improve health I thought the segment was somewhat misleading and poorly done @KPRC2

LIFE UPDATE (while taxiing from Vegas 😂) I’m moving to Dallas-Fort Worth to work along side the team of meteorologists at @CBSDFW! My first day is Monday, October 18th! I go from Channel 11 in Houston to 11 in DFW. I’m excited to begin a new chapter next to @ScottPadgettCBS
