Also have to disagree here.
Panarin signed for a contract in NY while he had several other suitors I'd imagine.
His contract came at a time when the team was arguably just as bad - the back end of Hank's career and the back end of the 2012-2015 teams.
Won't argue the team is a mess, but it was a mess then too.
