13-this one is going to piss off the younger Giants fans who read this (and maybe @CarlBanksGIII too) because fans will not accept any criticism or shading of one Odell Beckham Jr. But the best player to wear 13 as a NY @Giants player is Dave Jennings. From 1974 to 1984, he was a Hall of Fame caliber Punter (and punters are players too). He represented the organization wonderfully. He was both elite and had longevity. OBJ had a fantastic stretch of production but it was shorter. And it will always be tainted some by the immaturity he showed back then. Not to mention the drops in the playoff game in Green Bay. We had a great chance that day and outplayed the Packers by a good bit early on but had nothing to show for it. And he was a major part of the reason. Others will disagree, but I think Jennings owns this number as a #NYGIANTS player. Other notables to wear 13 for the #Giants are Don Maynard (briefly), Danny Kanell, Kurt Warner and Ramses Barden.

With training camp coming up fast, I was thinking about something I did a few years back. NY Giants Jersey numbers and (1) who is the best player to have worn it for the Giants and (2) who do I think about when I see that number.
