I ordered a linen shirt from Mango Man brand from @myntra but received a completely different product from the same brand in XL size, with the original product’s size tag attached. I immediately contacted customer care and was advised to raise an exchange request. However, the exchange was later cancelled with the claim that the correct product was delivered, despite clear evidence of a wrong item being received. As an Insider Icon member and a loyal customer who has done 90% of my shopping on Myntra for the past 5 years, I’m disappointed that my genuine concern is being dismissed. Premium customers deserve better support and resolution. Please look into this matter urgently. @MyntraSupport
