@DarkDocter @SuperMarioT_YT So we shouldn’t protect our IP’s? Nintendo has a right to protect their IP if it’s violating copyright law. Copyright law exists for a reason, it protects both corporations from having their brands infringed upon and it helps the little guy from corporations stealing their ideas

It's another situation of creators using Patreon/paywall to monetize their work using others' IP before uploading to YouTube. Like w/ some modders & fangames locking their work behind Patreon instead of making them public.

The YouTube channel PokéNational Geographic has been terminated after Nintendo issued multiple copyright strikes. Animator Elios created a fan series that presented Pokémon in the style of realistic National Geographic nature documentaries, using fully original hand-drawn imagery paired with official game sound effects. Despite the creator offering to remove all videos, the strikes exceeded YouTube’s limit and forced the channel offline. The series had built a dedicated following for its unique, documentary-style take on the Pokémon universe. Nintendo really is evil, they could actually offer him sponsorship and create something unique

@Kingdarkfire It’s pretty interesting, but they reduced the power of Aang’s Avatar State, and he seems to be struggling with every element. Like, his breathing is always off. It’s a good movie though, and my favorite character is Tagah. You’ll love that brutal guy 😂
