I would NOT sign any such affidavit if I worked at DOJ. I don't see how a DOJ attorney could make such a sworn statement given that he cannot bind POTUS or Congress and who knows what might happen in 6 months. Too many moving parts and variables to state "it will never happen." If anything, the judge would need an affidavit from POTUS himself and good luck getting that.

DOJ is completely justified in refusing to provide a declaration. Judges have for too long used “follow the law” or “do what you say you’ll do” injunctions to conduct perpetual oversight over — or actually control — the federal government. It’s why we have judges in CA who were overseeing large swaths of federal immigration enforcement for decades.

This American’s baby was born in December and had to stay in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for 125 days She got the bill and shows it, it’s $1,763,527.43 Almost $2 million dollars for 125 days of care.. Obviously she couldn’t pay it so they actually took her to collections multiple times We need healthcare reform in America She was able to get Medicaid covered for a couple of the months and is having to try and contact collections to try and sort this out But she still owes a lot
