@LGUSSupport With all due respect, I’ve never received any support from your end (financial or otherwise) with any prior appliance repairs. We bought the home with the appliances already installed so we’ve been told we’re on our own, in no uncertain terms.

Yet another repair needed for an @LGUSSupport appliance. Four kitchen appliances, less than 10 years old and this will be the third one that needs repairs.

@LGUSSupport I need a warranty replacement for my Remote (MR25GA) included with TV. The scroll wheel has physically recessed into the remote body during normal use. The button is still clickable but wheel no longer rotates indicating a mechanical failure of the internal housing.

@LGUSSupport why is this the third time I have tried to do a repair and somehow the chat I am working my issue through ends and disappears? Then this other one starts, won’t finish, won’t end the chat and just leaves it open? This one left it open so long another joined in and oops left again!

@LGUSSupport really bothers me. I can literally put nothing in my washer and dryer, and it will stop with an error message. Like it’s the WORST! I put a couple tshirts in the dryer and stepped away. ITS STOPPED! So annoying.

@LGUSSupport, Your service provider NPS confirmed LG has approved unit replacement, but LG is not honoring that. Fridge was purchased from Best Buy and has extended warranty through manufacturer upto 2029, but LG is not honoring that also. Please escalate to your supervisors.

@LGUSSupport I have a LMXS28596S purchased from Lowe's July of 2022 with th compresor pictured, the compressor failed November 2025. I just need a replacement compressor, no technician visit. I was a commercial refrigeration pipefitter for three years.
