@jwalkermobile 💯 Use them all the time. The Rogan Josh with slow cooked lamb shanks is 2nd to none. Last night we had little spicy chipati stuffed with their marinaed chicken and their ratia recipe - all knocked up with salad in 30 mins. Proper Mother’s Day 😊

Home Sunday trying out the new Gymkhana “at home” sauces. Made Tandoori BBQ Pheasant legs, and Butter Pheasant on Jasmine rice, with Sarah’s homemade Naan, and a perfect pairing with the 2012 Weingut Josef Leitz Rüdesheim : Riesling Magic Mountain. The Gymkhana sauces are fabulous, frankly better than any of our local Indian places. Very flavorful and nuanced, many layers of flavors. The BBQ was also super aromatic. Highly recommend.
